Here – Poem About Life

Though you may feel alone, you’re not. Someone is always here. This is a poem about life.

Though you are not,

I know you’re here.

Just as I’m here,

Gently, but firmly locked in

like the salt and water indistinguishable,

ebbing and flowing as one ocean

in continuous interplay

between the softness of the water

and the essence of the salt.

And the depth of the gaze is infinite

yet near,

here and continuously sustaining.

Your star ever so bright and soft

In breathtaking vibrance
