This is a poem about gratitude. I am grateful for all the people who’ve been with me all along. 

This morning, I realised that you’ve been there all along.

Just like the sky always touches the surface of the sea,

tenderly and constantly

So that you’d forget about it.

Until the day when I do need you,

only to realise,

that you’ve been there all along.
