  3. Wow, I love the idea of your website and the fact that someone who is struggling can come and feel good. I have had many problems in my past with anxiety and actually had an anxiety disorder which wasn’t pleasant at all. I started to overcome it when I began talking to people and my family about it.

    It is so important to do so but most people don’t. I advise people to use journals for mental health because they can see the thoughts they are thinking on paper infront of them. Great article and have you had experiences with mental health and if so, what helped you?

      thanks for your comment. What helped me a lot was accepting and embracing the fact that I am quite fragile and vulnerable. Once I realised that I am quite sensitive and that that is ok, things got a lot easier. I think everybody is much more prone to bruising than we’d like to admit. After that, it’s just about discovering coping mechanisms and I guess for me that was having a sense that love is the most important thing and that I am loved just the way I am.
