This is my bible story-inspired mustard seed poem.

So small, you’d nearly ignore it

The mustard seed harbors

Life in abundance

And when it starts to grow

You know it’s unstoppable

And will, no doubt, grow into the

strongest and mightiest of trees

with beauty beyond comprehension

Giving shelter

to countless birds

while holding the earth around its roots together

and reaching all the way up to the sky
